My code has not arrived. What should I do?
Wait for the countdown to finish before retrying. Most messages arrive within seconds, but a small share take several minutes. If the hold expires without a message, the order is refunded in full automatically and you can buy again immediately — often a different country on the same service will work first time.
How do refunds work?
Refunds credit your balance, not your original payment method. That is deliberate: a balance refund is instant and free, so retrying a failed verification takes seconds instead of days. Balance never expires.
Why can I not buy a route that says "not confirmed"?
A route reads as not confirmed when we have not verified its availability recently enough to stand behind it. Rather than sell you a number that may not work, we decline the sale. Choosing another country for the same service usually resolves it.
Can I get the same number again?
No. Numbers are allocated for one verification and released afterwards. A number you used is never reissued to you, and a number issued to you was not previously someone else’s identity on the same service.
What can I use a number for?
Receiving one-time verification codes for an account you are entitled to create or access. Numbers cannot make calls, cannot send messages, and are not a substitute for a personal phone line.
How do I secure my account?
Enrol a second factor, review the sessions on your account regularly, and scope API keys to only what each integration needs. All three are on the security settings page.
